About Mike Carter

A leading behavioural scientist and former counter terrorism specialist, Mike has extensive senior management experience in both the private and public sectors. With a doctorate from the University of Bath he was formerly the Director of Executive Development at the Centre for Leadership Studies, at Exeter Business School and has taught leadership, sensemaking and organisational change on a variety of MBA and executive development programmes throughout the world.
