Immediate Media Co is an award-winning special interest content and platform company. We are one of the biggest consumer media businesses in the UK and one of the largest magazine media publishers. In May 2015 we were named Media Company of the Year at the prestigious British Media Awards.

• Currently manage, train and support the Ad Operations team.• Oversee and manage campaigns across all IDG titles including the IDG Tech Network. (standard, rich media & 3rd party ads. Mobile & video.)• Prepare, test & send 3rd party HTML Newsletters to the different IDG lists of subscribers. • Provide training, support and advice to publishers, sales teams and the marketing department with regards to all matters relating to Ad Ops.• Liaise between the sales & tech team for any issues, bespoke ad units & overall development work.• 1st point of contact for troubleshooting ad campaigns (Any technical issues, discrepancies etc).Achievements:• Successfully scheduled and implemented the migration from Adtech to DFP. • Successfully implemented mobile ad calls for all our mobile sites and apps. I worked alongside 3rd parties as well as our in-house development team in order to complete this project. • Built the Ad Ops team from scratch at IDG. My 2 main focuses have been excellence and attention to detail which are qualities that are fundamental in order for my department to service the company to the best of its abilities.

• Managed a number of web design projects in order to meet client’s expectations, specifications & deadlines. • Oversaw the development of all websites and made sure that production was profitable.• Managed the operations team (5 in total) which included training and development.• Supported the sales department in offering technical expertise and advice at client meetings (proposal & development stages)• Dealt with any client’s issues relating to technical problems in both Spanish, English and Portuguese.Achievements:• Successfully scheduled and oversaw the server migration of over 100 websites in 2006.• Added new solutions/products to the company’s repertoire for clients.

• Trafficked standard, rich media and 3rd party ads (tangozebra, eyeblaster, dfa,etc) for online media campaigns across all UK sites.• Advised the sales team on any queries and proposals regarding ad campaigns.• Rolled out new ad units across a number of sites.• Provided support to our European sites (zdnet.fr & zdnet.de) and also ad & creative agencies.• Successfully minimised quarterly under deliveries by managing multiple campaigns and site inventory effectively.
