Consumer and Shopper lead across multiple Global/National CPG Clients. Responsibilities include consultation with the Client/Client Service teams to determine the optimal solutions for business questions around consumer/shopper space within the Nielsen portfolio of services. Additional responsibilities include Client and Client Service training across these services, development of world class thought leadership analytics, along with overall client relationship and revenue goal management.

North America Client Lead supporting Consumer Neuroscience research, including work in point-of-sale, out of home, packaging, and advertising effectiveness. Responsibilities focus on building client relationships, revenue management, and improving services around consultation and reporting. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with internal science team as well as seeking out integration opportunities with other Nielsen services to provide creative solutions for our client.

Client Lead directly supporting Coca-Cola’s SSD Portfolio Strategy and Innovation team, as well as leading the team supporting SSD Brand Marketing. This role has allowed me to hone my skills of interacting with Senior Leadership along with leading and developing a team of direct reports. Responsibilities focused primarily on customized research solutions consulting and team leadership.

“Solutions Consulting” team leader, focused primarily on Household Panel and Consumer/Shopper behavior. This role included leading the development and implementation of a multitude of tools not readily available in our standard suite of offerings, as well as a massive rollout of client and Nielsen team trainings to raise the bar of their expertise in the Consumer/Shopper areas. Responsibilities in this role were primarily around major project management and implementation, consultation, and client training.

Client Service lead supporting CCNA’s Cola Portfolio of brands. Primary responsibility was client and project management and daily consultation across Nielsen’s suite of products and services to answer various brand and category management questions.
