Strategically develop policies, procedures, guidelines and programs to promote a safe and secure environment for team members, residents, vendors, and customers as it relates to the preservation of the Company’s communities and assets.• Execute a preventive maintenance and tracking program in order to preserve the physical asset for company portfolio.• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of all properties and UPCS/REAC readiness.• Maintain comprehensive calendar for all third-party inspections across the portfolio.
