Mike Charley is the SVP, Client & Member Services for Senscio Systems. He joined Senscio in early 2014 and has performed in a variety of leadership roles as the company transitioned from start-up activities through current rapidly expanding scale-up. Having led several successful pilot projects, Mike is now responsible for all Senscio programs and acts as the senior client interface for on-going operations.Prior to joining Senscio Systems, Mike had over 25 years of business leadership experience across all functional areas. Serving in leadership roles in both Fortune 100 Companies and in small businesses, his broad background and national/international network provides a firm foundation for continuing business success at Senscio.A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mike served for 20+ years as a Naval Aviator, commanding both afloat and shore based squadrons and served in multiple headquarters tours in Washington D. C. Following retirement from the Navy, he has worked in both defense and commercial businesses, with the last 6 years specifically focused on scaling successful entrepreneurial companies.
