General Manager / Consultant hired to oversee the transition of Strathmere to new ownership. Oversaw day to day operations, including but not limited to Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Facility Maintenance, Gardens and Spa Retreat. Consultant- Operational assessment of the organization including but not limited to staffing, on-boarding and assessment of roles and responsibilities, review of internal processes and business systems, management of kitchen operations, farm and maintenance operations, marketing of the facility and financial management.

Founder - The Lone Star RanchResponsible for the day to day ops at the Lone Star Ranch. Responsibilities also included overseeing Jetform Park Baseball stadium including concessions, suites and Restaurant , Ottawa, Toronto and Edmonton Catering, Log Farm - ( depicting from the 1860’s) site including annual Sugar bush, events and property maintenance.Also responsible for Festival management including Lilith Fair, Summersault 2000, Tragically Hip Roadside Attraction, Grey Cup Edmonton, Bluesfest, Boots and Hearts, Folkfest, Muskoka Rally, Dodge Ram Rodeo Series and Can Am Equine.

Managed day to day ops for 3 meal a day restaurant Wilfred’s, Wilfred’s Terrace, Zoe’s piano lounge and Wilfred’s Grill- fine dining.Also worked in banquets managing events from 20-1000 guests.
