- Lead a NPI team and work with R&D, qualify and ramp up new products in TJ to meet customer requirement on time, quality, cost etc. Manage new product qualification. Manage new product mass production at 1st 3months and transfer to normal production team meet demand/shipment requirement Manager new product manufacturing capacity, process capability setup Manage material cost and equipment investment ROI analysis. Product conversion cost estimation and budget plan setup New product material supplier development and qualification  Control and monitor the product quality during proto/pilot/ramp build and improvement plan development and implement. Conduct CR plan for all products to achieve better margin and competitiveness price.  E&O management and inventory control.

- Be responsible for new assembly process and equipment development in IC assembly process. - Introduce advance assembly process to production line and help production team on quality/yield improvement.- Transfer new product to TJN and ensure the process was ready for mass production.- As the project champion, to manage the key project launched in TJN (“40/44um fine pitch wire bonding" , ”Cu wire bonding application”,”BGA line set-up, lead-free capability set-up”,” Year2000 project, solder ball cost reduction”, SMT process set-up “ Green package(lead-free & Halid-free) development” , “ System In Package development”, “ Fine Pitch ball attach development”, , etc.
