For example acquisition of low cost spares, accelerated tag-out techniques, procedure, and work package enhancements. Implemented many non-outage on-line maintenance initiatives. • Supervised all aspects of Turbine Generator startup and synchronization in at least twenty-one refueling and forced outages.• Former Byron Station Turbine Generator Subject Matter Expert.

• Achieved 100% pass rate for all Licensed Requalification, and Initial License Candidates. • Developed lesson plans along with visual Computer based drawing and training documents

1988-1993 / 1996-1997• Two assignments - Served five years as the Turbine Generator System Engineer; one year as the Plant Steam System Engineer. • Designed and implemented numerous Turbine Generator Modifications and upgrades. Specifically in the areas of Stator and Hydrogen Cooling, Hydrogen leak detection and prevention, Gland Sealing Steam, Seal Oil, Electro Hydraulic Control, and Turbine Lubrication and Oil Purification Systems.

• Served at Byron in this position during initial construction, plant startup testing, and through the Commercial Operation phases.
