Successfully deployed and redeployed over 2,110 medical personnel consisting of approximately 13 Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force (UAMTF) and a Mortuary Affairs Company. • Managed $3M of contracts for hotels, laundry, transportation, personal protective equipment and medical scrubs during COVID-19 deployment.• Managed Liaison Officers with Task Force Northeast, Task Force Southeast and 377th Theater Support Command. Conducted daily teleconferences in order to maintain situational awareness on emerging mission assignments. Established a collaborative working group with the 593rd ESC, 13th ESC, and the 377th TSC to share best practices throughout the mobilization.
