My Leadership Development work enables organisations to create a Values Based Leadership Culture, where Leaders and their Teams demonstrate company values in everything they do. I am currently working with and developing Leaders, Future Leaders and Leadership Teams for organisations in the Middle East, India and the Americas.I have also developed an interest in using the world of ‘art’ as a metaphor and stimulus for individual learning and development. With the permission of my coaches, who tend to be fascinated by this different experience and opportunity, we seek out together relevant themes and concepts that directly link to specific coaching objectives and I facilitate coaching and development sessions in an array of environments that provide a reference for personal development goals and create space for thinking and reflection.My coaching sessions take place in an Art Gallery or Exhibition and involve conversations as we walk and observe together. These can offer a different perspective in a unique or dramatic ‘open space’. In today's uncertain world, these type of sessions can take place virtually - it is amazing how revealing these conversations can be.I am also a qualified Coach Super-Visor and work with coaches focusing on their personal strengths and how these can make their coaching relationships even more powerful. By doing so, coaching clients develop their own ‘Super-Vision’ about their coaching work, valuing their difference, power and authenticity.I am now introducing and developing Coaching Super-Vision to qualified coaches in India and South East Asia, both with Super-Vision Groups and an accredited Certificate in Coaching Super-Vision.
