 Recruited to create and establish a construction management division for the existing 15mil a year lumber company. Developed and implemented marketing and business plans, forecasted financials, estimating of all projects, purchasing, development of contracts and legal documents also sole responsibility for the scheduling and managing of projects. Coordinated the structural materials for a 45mil commercial apartment project, on time and within the 14 month contract Managed the construction of a state of the art 5,400sf custom home, as well as fourteen other projects during my two year contract.
