- Manage program administration for student-alumni relations initiatives, including logistics for major events and coordination around student programs.- Working with the associate director of student-alumni relations, serve as a project manager for student group programming across the four MBA populations. - Manage alumni vetting, list generation, email communication, and agenda creation for Student Alumni Relations programs. - Manages event and alumni volunteer data tracking, including updates for our alumni database.- Prepares and executes a variety of communications, including emails to external constituents, formatting PowerPoint presentations, and reports. - Tracks the budget and reconciles accounting transactions for Student Alumni Relations. - Maintain Student Alumni Relations calendar.

- Closely worked with student managers to see the running of five unique coffee shops - Advised student staff through the organization of various events, including spearheading orientation week seminars- Responsible for all financial matters including budgeting, expenditures, income, cash handling and policy development
