Mike has over 41 years of retail automotive experience encompassing all aspects of dealer operations. After 5 years of selling cars, in 1984 Mike was promoted to F&I manager and worked in that position for 4 years at Los Gatos Nissan Volvo and 2 years for the Cerrittos Motor Company in Santa Clara County California. Mike Moved to Florida in 1989, and after working for Dimmitt Nissan as a New Car Sales Manager, took a job with the Crown Automotive Group in 1990 as F&I manager for Crown Honda. Within 6 months Mike was promoted to New Car Manager and then General Sales Manager. In 1994 Mike was promoted to General Manager of Crown Honda where he supervised the daily operations of the dealership until his promotion to Crown Automotive's senior management team as Executive Director of Ecommerce in 2009. Areas of expertise include: a complete knowledge of dealership variable and fixed operations, Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Reputation Management, and Website Development. Mike is a proven trainer with a library of self produced training materials covering all aspects of dealership operations, including highly effective sales & marketing techniques.
