Having retired from the Brewing industry after a 22 year career, I am currently working on several other projects as a consultant, project manager, CEO of an entertainment production company in Florida and Costa Rica, and acting COO of Single Use Solutions, a bioplastic packaging and manufacturing company that supplies plant based compostable caps, preforms, bottles, and labels in a closed loop model where recovery and proper disposal is a key to our business mantra. I have worked in every area of breweries from packaging, QA/QC, brewery production, training development, brand development, management, consulting, and project management. I have also been self-employed, owning several companies from housing construction, to property development. I am a brewery consultant for various breweries around the world, as well as a developer wrapping up a gated community in Costa Rica called Nimbu Residential Reserve (Nimbu-Ostional.com). My entertainment production company Costa Vida Presents brings arts and entertainment to Central and South America. Future projects include an organic farm to supply food to the local businesses and resorts in the Nosara Costa Rica area and hopefully new compostable containers to help stop the use of single use plastics from polluting the world. I have funded several businesses as a silent partner and continue to look for forward thinking opportunities. My hobbies include, entrepreneurial investing, snowboarding, mountain biking, fly fishing, spear fishing, wake boarding, wake surfing, diving, and free diving. Always working hard behind the scenes in whatever I do is my passion. Making a difference and finding a way for all involved to win in the deal is my focus in business while building the right teams and finding solutions to problems is what motivates and intrigues me.
