Composite Solutions International was established to demonstrate ModuCRIB (modular, composite, reusable, insulated building) for applications which require a combination of low weight, strength, water proofing, resistance to corrosion, insulation and re-usability. We ended the project as the business model was insufficiently competitive.However, the exercise did demonstrate the effectiveness of our business development framework for managing business risk for new ventures which require SEIS and EIS funding.

NAFA provides marketing and product support services to the Government of Saudi Arabia in Security Technology, Medical Services and Equipment and in Agriculture. My role was to provide an interface with world class exporters into the Kingdom, develop the sales and marketing processes and people, while concurrently supporting the partnering strategy to develop our own indigenous manufacturing capability.

Sales grew from £11 Million in 2010 to £32 Million in FY 2012 and FY 2013.
