My job involves building high class homes, a lot of the time on a cost plus margin policy, running a full open book policy. A lot of my work comes from recommendations and i am usually booked in for up to 6 months ahead.I work with clients and their Architect right from start to achieve the best results for them and there budgets. If people are keen for me to be involved right from the start there is a 2% booking fee, which is put back into building contract once it has been signed. I have a work force of 6 staff and will only do up to 2 projects at a time. This is to ensure quality is kept to high standards at all times. I have also been helping people that have been hit by the leaking building problems, which can be very stressful.Work Experience in Tricky Renovations, Leaky Homes, Light Commercial, Concrete Insulated Homes Tilt Panel or In-Situ construction , Fully insulated concrete floors, Post Tension Concrete Floors, Importing Building Products, Building well above New Zealand Code, High End Architecture, Formance Sips Panel, Passive Construction.
