As an Account Manager, I have oversight of all the real estate services provided to a global technology client: facilities management, project management, occupancy planning, energy/sustainability initiatives, and lease administration. I lead an international team providing these services at real estate assets throughout North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Honeywell Account:Responsible for leading an international team of 34 Project Managers through the entire project lifecycle from concept development through execution and project closure. Direct and manage the activities and execution of capital investments at company operations throughout North America, to include both manufacturing plants and corporate offices. Bank of America Account: Provided regional leadership for corporate capital project management at retail banking centers for Bank of America across 14 states in the Midwest to manage > $25MM in annual capital spend over 350+ projects. Responsible for delivery of all retail projects including ground-up banking center construction, renovations at existing banking centers, and sustainability initiatives. Responsible for overseeing the execution of plans to meet established client goals of speed to market, project quality and budget, while acting as a trusted advisor.Led a team of 11 Project Managers to flawlessly execute the Central Region capital plan across 7 different retail programs and deliver superior project results. Developed cross-functional leadership team and initiatives to improve communication and expedite problem resolution among multiple platforms (Project Management Office, Transactions, Property Management, Supply Chain).

Directed the efforts of various Bank of America retail projects in the Midwest to include Consolidations, Retail Capital Improvement (RCI), Capacity Add/Major Renovations, ATM’s, Rebranding, ADA renovations, and Minor Renovations. Managed Project Managers to successfully execute assigned retail projects within the Central Region, serving as a mentor and coach.Successfully executed over 30 RCI projects across four states, establishing scope of work and providing project management for everything from parking lot replacement, to HVAC repairs, to life safety concerns arising at the banking centers. Surpassed client goal of 8% Cost Saves by generating 12.1% in cost savings through value engineering, leveraging of resources, and innovative thought leadership.

Provided multi-site leadership for sales, construction, land development and warranty service teams across various project sites to include single-family, multi-family and a high-rise. Devised and deployed strategies to enhance the projects’ marketing and advertising, improve construction quality and control, generate sales contracts, and increase overall profitability. Cultivated strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and government officialsDirected project concept development, land use feasibility studies, and built business cases with cross-functional teams to propose new residential projects aligned with the firm’s objectives. Directed the cross-functional efforts for the first multi-family project by Toll Brothers in Arizona, consisting of 392 condominiums. Developed and executed startup plans for all components of this unique project, from marketing to construction quality and control. Prepared and directed the profitability budget in collaboration with Finance, Land Purchasing, and Construction functions.Achieved over 25% profit on average throughout the first 200 homes closed by leveraging national purchasing agreements, competitive bidding, and targeted marketing strategies. Partnered with Finance and Accounting to develop comprehensive protocols in payment processing, risk mitigation, and corporate compliance to achieve the highest internal audit score in the Southwest Division.Spurred the project team to exceed fiscal year home settlement projections by 20% in 2006 (more than any other community in the Division) by leading the development of construction and sales staffing, contractor oversight, financial management, and reporting functions. Established high-performing teams across Architectural Design, Sales, Suppliers, and Construction to successfully develop and deliver the model park for Toll Brothers' first master-planned community in Arizona, consisting of an award-winning community center and amenities.

Planned, directed and supervised the Mobile Liaison Team’s Operations Section in support of the team’s liaison interface mission between U.S. Third Army and coalition forces’ headquarters. Partnered with officers from 19 different nations in ISAF to successfully execute multi-national operations including combat patrols, peacekeeping initiatives and medical evacuation emergencies. Built productive relationships with diverse global team (multiple cultures, ethnicities, and religions).Awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service as the U.S. liaison to International Security and Assistance Force (ISAF) in Kabul, Afghanistan during the critical Loya Jirga process to establish the Afghan Administration.Spearheaded the development of new techniques and procedures to counter an immature and austere working environment, increasing intelligence accuracy by 80% from start to end of mission.

Led 21 soldiers and 2 warrant officers in providing specialized ground intelligence functions to maneuver battalion commanders. Planned and supervised the deployment of the first U.S. ACT to Kosovo in support of Operation Joint Guardian, spearheading the initial intelligence team to work in direct support of Poland’s first NATO operational deployment.Engineered an innovative process that merged existing intelligence collection methods with radar capabilities to form a unique counter-fire drill which was soon adopted throughout the division. Established training programs that systematically identified and corrected weaknesses in the platoon, resulting in the highest Physical Fitness Test and weapons qualification platoon averages in the battalion.
