I then co-ordinated the sale of our building and the move to a new unit dealing with property contractual issues. In 2002 I was promoted to MD for Wabash Technologies - Europe, getting more involved in dealing with customers worldwide with extensive traval in Europe and the Far East and the day to day management of the relationship in Slovakia. As part of an American Corporation, I attended monthly management meetings in the Indiana for the automotive division and presented European results, budgets and Startegic Plans to the ultimate parent in New York as and when required! Just prior to leaving, I put in the ground work to establish our own factory in Slovakia but was unable to complete the project prior to leaving the company.
