I work closely with internal teammates, design teams, and owners to lead pre-construction planning on projects, including the development of bid strategies, writing scopes of work, developing project schedules, safety and logistics planning initiatives, as well as managing the procurement and buyout of projects in a variety of market segments, with a focus on CMAR, CMA, and DBB projects.My role in pre-contruction management includes the following:- Assist in development of RFP proposals- Perform/attend pre-construction meetings and walk-throughs- Constructability reviews- QA/QC review of bidding documents and design documents- Development of pre-con deliverables, including scopes of work, schedules, safety/logistics plans, etc.- Bid leveling and post-bid interviews- Bidder engagement during bidding of projects- Trade contractor relationship development- SWOT analysis on completed projects- Process improvement initiatives- Strategic planning and goal execution- Value engineering/management- Estimating support

Work closely with internal teammates, design team, and owner to develop estimates used to guide projects from conceptual to construction documents, and also provide pre-construction planning support on projects including scope writing, developing project schedules, bid solicitations, pre-construction meeting walkthroughs, and post-bid interviews. Provide assistance in safety and logistics planning initiatives.

Provided management of all facets of mechanical bid package on construction projects in a variety of market segments. Responsibilities included pre-construction, on-site supervision, subcontractor management, and closeout. Successfully managed multiple $1MM+ projects with a emphasis on K-12 education facilities and LEED-accredited projects.
