As the Executive Director of Construction Services, Mechanical Division. I am responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Mechanical construction process for our organization. I am involved in leading our team in the design, estimating, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. As the Executive Director of Construction Services, in the Mechanical Division, I work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all HVAC systems meet the needs of the building and comply with relevant regulations. I am responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high-quality standard. Some of my other responsibilities as the Executive Director of Construction Services, Mechanical Division include developing and maintaining client relationships, managing and coaching staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment, and identifying and managing risks associated with all aspects of mechanical projects. Additionally, I am involved in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including creating and managing budgets, tracking project expenses, and ensuring profitability. As The Executive Director of Construction Services, in the Mechanical Division, I have significant experience and knowledge of all mechanical systems and construction processes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
