Led UX engagements in varying capacities and responsibilities across Medtronic, partnered with teams in Cardiovascular, Restorative Therapies, Minimally Invasive Technologies, Mechanical & Electrical Component Center, Legal IT, and other enterprise groups. Led product design of Diabetes patient experience from September 2020 – May 2021 – working with product team to design and evaluate patient interest in unified CGM, health insight, and HCP communication product. Led product design and design system definition of medical device ordering and registration product, which transacts over $2 billion in revenue annually. Co-designed commercial design system, which defines digital product patterns and user interface components in Medtronic IT. Co-Author, Editor of mobile UX design guidelines, informing production practices and digital product strategies across the organization.

Served as Product Designer for core mobile products across the organization, engaging with product teams to improve employee experiences. Successfully supervised high school intern from August 2018 – August 2019, culminating in nominations for the 2019 Genesys Works Supervisor of the Year Award and 2019 Genesys Works Intern of the Year Award, respectively.

Served as Product Designer and Product Manager for 20+ mobile products, managing the execution and delivery of diverse product portfolios. Nominated for 2017 CIO Award for Driving Operational Excellence, as Product Designer and Co-Product Manager for a mobile sales material platform, whose development has resulted in more than $750,000 in cost-avoidance.

Served as Product Designer and Product Manager for 10+ mobile products, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and coordinating development and user testing. Deployed and supported Medtronic’s inventory of 300+ iOS and Android apps, totaling 500,000+ app installations. Maintained my team’s CMS, which delivered content to 80+ apps.

Identified and resolved 5,000+ customer inquiries regarding client virtualization resources and software. Awarded 15 commendations for exceptional customer service and twice awarded Consultant of the Semester.
