Michael Daly, with a platform of a degree in business/economics, has had more than two decades of successful professional experience with such renowned organizations as AARP, Smithsonian Journeys, The History Channel, and billion-dollar companies like Pinnacle Entertainment as well as retiree associations including The Coca-Cola Company and PSB. Daly’s keen understanding of and strategic ability to help corporations achieve tremendous growth recently led him to The Orange Duffel Bag Initiative where he now focuses his skills and expertise on developing creative solutions surrounding one of the most difficult and fast-growing issues facing society: how to increase the life success of our nation’s most vulnerable teens and young adults – those who are experiencing homelessness, foster care and/or high poverty youth.ExperienceSince 2010, he has focused on creating collaborations and community partnerships to raise awareness of homeless youth and teens aging out of foster care and creating connections for the youth served through Orange Duffel Bag Initiative. He created the first three-year strategic plan for ODBI, which was achieved in two years. The ODB model is based on Collaboration for Collective Impact and was presented summer 2013 at the Georgia's statewide conference for Chambers of Commerce as a best practices model. A 17-year veteran of the travel industry, Mike Daly worked with university alumni groups and corporate retiree organizations like The Coca-Cola Company, PBS, as well as retirees from banks, hospitals, and radio stations. Mike then launched his own business consulting company, CSI Creative Solutions to help clients find new opportunities, new customer segments and operational efficiencies that yield clients more profitable sales.
