COTS Software Manager-JCALS System Engineering (1996-2005)US Army-managed contract that services multiple DoD organizations. Deployed on three different vendors’ variant of Unix and Microsoft Windows servers with Microsoft Windows clients, integrating common and very special purpose COTS products.· Coordinated lifecycle management process for numerous COTS software products used by the program.· Interfaced with technical, procurement, program control, management, vendors, staff and customer organizations to address their needs and create positive relationships.· Assisted in developing recommended Bills of Materials (BOMs) of COTS products to address the customers’ known requirements.Communications Processor Software Lead, AMC IPS C2 program, Mt. Laurel, NJ (1990-1996)US Air Force contract to automate functionality for the Air Mobility Command. Managed software development team producing Ada and C software for new communication processor subsystem of AMC IPS C2 program.Served as internal build configuration manager.· Tested and developed Unix-resident software development tools used by Ada code developers to assure compliance with IPS standards.· Developed test configurations, data, and command control language scripts for use in internal testing and development, as well as for use in deployed systems.Computer Scientist AEGIS Support Programs, Moorestown, NJ (1984-1989)US Navy contract to support the development of the AEGIS computer system.Developed and maintained support program software used to develop AEGIS applications, predominantly targeted for use on the proprietary AN/UYK -7,-20,-43 and -44 hardware platforms and operating systems. The support programs supported the linker/loader, tape builder and load file patch tools for the AEGIS ATES system and the applications like the subsystems for ORTS, SPY, WCS, FCS, CND and ADS.· Developed software using Share/7 and VAX/VMS platforms, in FORTRAN, SPL and CMS-2Y.
