I was recruited to be the Business Development Manager and Chief Estimator. My objectives were to define the new position, network and market to design professionals, find and bring in third-party development and construction deals, Implemented WINest Software program for estimating, created historical job costing, and developed Parametric estimating tools. I was recruited to start the Seattle construction office with the goals of setting up all operations, outside of accounting, and supporting the Seattle development office.
