I’m the Head of WW Epilepsy & Rare Syndrome Organization at UCB, where I believe that our responsibility is to make patients’ lives better every day. By focusing on science and on patient care, and embracing the role of digital and innovation, we can evolve our business models to make the most impact both for the company and for people living with severe diseases. Currently, lead a multiple billion € neurology organization, comprising over 1,000 FTEs across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Responsible for all aspects of product/brand lifecycle – R+D, early solutions, clinical, regulatory, business and commercial development, through LOE as well as the entire transversal operation in Europe for multiple brands in neurology and immunologyI am an expert in building organizations with the vision and grit to tackle a continuous evolution of health care challenges by translating those strategies into real-world value. Prior to UCB, I held various roles of increasing responsibility at Forest Laboratories and Schwarz Pharma contributing to 25+ years of industry experience.I hold an MBA in Business/Finance from Adelphi University and a B.S. in Biology from Siena College.All opinions and views are my own.
