Mechanical planner in primary extraction process plant. Provided detailed Maintenance plans for crushers, conveyors, breakers and critical pumps through out the plant. Assisted in overhauling maintenance frequencies for some of these assets and providing accurate maintenance plans and items to reflect the equipment data sheets associated with the equipment. Developed turnaround job plans and assisted scheduling in determining the critical path and execution conflicts. Provided coverage for the planning lead, where I was required to work with the area cross functional team in providing an accurate and resource loaded schedule. Assisted in on-boarding new planning staff and helping them understand the processes, procedures and their job requirements.

Mechanical planner in primary separation cell plant. This position consisted of working with the cross functional team to ensure all preventive maintenance plans have been constructed in very precise detail, reflecting accurate manpower and components for all equipment outages in various frequencies. The equipment referred to varies from the sump pumps, to the separation cells, seal water pumps/piping, all major piping components, vessels, compressors, to the entire h-vac system etc.. Critical spares were determined accurately and set up in inventory. Accurate manpower and resources was presented to the management in the area to assist in critical prioritizing of asset availability. I had the opportunity to Plan and schedule major outages and track to the hour, highlighting critical paths and ensuring execution was informed of any deviations of the overall plan and schedule. I was also involved in coordination of major capital projects, aligning contractor resources, ensuring asset availability, and overseeing the overall execution of the project.

Maintenance planning for Tailings pipelines. In this position I have gained experience in all aspects of job planning, pipeline construction, pipeline maintenance, creating detailed work orders to reflect precise manpower requirements, material requirements, equipment requirements to ensure efficiency in execution and optimize asset availability. This position introduced me to technical maintenance budgets, and how to construct detailed business cases to ensure maximizing returns for all projects/enhancements. This position has provided me with a vast knowledge of the SAP enterprise resource planning system that can be an asset to any business unit.
