Responsible for maintaining an operationally efficient and compliant branchConduct outside sales calls with market opportunity to generate new business clients, while also maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships Provide leadership and staff development through the execution of Sales, Service and Coaching processResponsible for ensuring all business transactions and practices within span of control comply with all regulations and the Regions Code of ConductResponsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies, procedures and internal audits

Sales and Marketing/Financial- Review the Per Unit Analysis and other reports on a regular and frequent basis to highlight areas for improvements in revenue generation, fleet growth, and cost reduction.- Develop and execute a marketing plan for the branch.- Make frequent sales calls to gain new business and maintain existing levels of business.- Drive revenue and growth by leading, training, and motivating staff in sales and marketing and by maximizing opportunities on each rental transaction. - Coach the Assistant Branch Manager to manage branch utilization and fleet mix to maximize revenues. Human resource management- Recruit, interview, and hire quality employees.- Use weekly one-on-one meetings with employees to:- Set both long- and short-term goals and expectations for employees and follow up on them to hold employees accountable for their performance. - Ensure that training files are kept up to date.- Provide coaching to improve employee performance.- Work to maximize branch efficiency to control working hours.- Follow up after training to ensure that employees are successfully using the new skills they have been taught.- Use SOS or group-held training and follow-up coaching to ensure that all employees are: - Able to properly perform their job duties—saving time and money because they have done the task right the first time. - Ready to have new responsibilities delegated to them—enhancing their skill set and freeing up management’s time for other tasks and responsibilities.Fleet management- Manage the fleet on a daily basis to ensure correct size and mix. - Ensure that repairs, recalls, and maintenance are conducted in a timely manner. - Take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the rental fleet, both on and off rent.- Ensure that effective pre- and post-rental inspections are completed.
