• Returning to the private law practice following the successful and accretive sale of CSM Bakery Solutions to an industry competitor• Experienced senior executive with proficiency in administrative management, including human resources, strategy, development (mergers & acquisitions), transformation, legal, labor relations, risk management and environment, health and safety• Experience with public and private companies, with significant experience as an executive in private equity owned companies engaged in transformational change, strategic improvement and financial restructuring• Operational, field focused executive with strong financial acumen and training, as well as significant experience and exposure to budgeting, profit and loss management, engineering and facility maintenance issues, safety and compliance, and business development • Experienced attorney, who has served as a general counsel for three multinational corporations and was previously a law firm partner with two international law firms - admitted to practice law in New York and Georgia and as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom and Wales.• Experienced in global human resources matters, including compensation and benefits, labor relations and employee disputes, works councils and trade unions • An Associate in Risk Management (ARM) with experience in the management and renewal of comprehensive insurance program for complex operating companies • Considerable experience in supply chain matters – warehousing, logistics and manufacturing • Significant experience with regulatory and compliance matters – both in the US and internationally • Substantial experience negotiating and structuring acquisitions, divestitures and mergers and in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements • Experience in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities• Proficient with SEC filings and with reporting and compliance issues under securities laws• Significant exposure to corporate governance matters and compliance
