I was a basketball player until I turned 16... That's the year I tore my ACL twice and the doctors told me unless I wanted to walk with a cane the rest of my life, I needed to quit playing ball. Two years later, my mom bought me my first guitar. I tried to learn back then, but I never fully committed. After giving up 3 or 4 times my family moved to Northern VA. Being the new kid I had no friends but plenty of time on my hands. That's when I started taking music a little more seriously. As time passed, I eventually gained more friends and started playing at small get togethers, but I would NEVER sing. Until one night in March of 2009, when I drank about 15 too many Bud Lights and started singing in front of about 20 people at a bonfire! They all looked at me and were like, "Holy S*it! What are you doing with your life? You should really pursue this!"And the rest is history. A month later I played my first show. And ever since, I've been gaining more confidence (along with fans). I play about 3 shows a month now, but hopefully by fall I can retire and just play music for the rest of my life!Specialties: I play music that gets you singing along!
