As the office leader of the Financial Advisory Services group in Calgary, Mike works with business owners and management teams on complex valuation, transaction, and corporate planning matters. Mike works with clients to not only understand the value of their business today, but what they can work on to enhance value over time. Mike’s career has focused on working with privately held business in a variety of industries including construction, real estate, oil and gas services, renewable energy and professional services. In addition to working with business owners, Mike and his team also provide financial reporting support, litigation support, forensic, financial modelling, and loss quantification service

Responsible for the supervision and mentoring of junior staff.In Financial Advisory, focused primarily on valuation engagements and transaction services, including significant work on the listing of companies on the AIM stock exchange.
