Prior to Barclays, Mike was a member of Burberry's global Organisation Design & Development HR CoE team, leading a wide range of complex OD change programmes. Mike, prior to Burberry, worked in GE for 5 years where he had a fast track career developed within a varied mix of management consulting and business roles. In GE Mike worked extensively across Lean, Six Sigma/Process improvement and change transformation programmes (acquired Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification), HR/OD consulting and M&A/post-acquisition integration positions in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
