Provide the whole technical training portfolio, learning and competence development solution on Huawei products to the customer, partner and Huawei staff.3. Manage learning service sales within Oman, based on the customer requirements, presenting suitable learning and competence development solutions and certification structure, customized learning plans and delivery schedule to implement end-to-end learning service management.4. Responsible for the customer needs analysis, solution design, delivery plan design, action plan and responsibilities design, project delivery plan, onsite investigation, project key points control, delivery result export, and customer relationship. Act as PM and consultant roles of consulting service.5. Collecting and analyzing the learning solution, sales and learning delivery cases in the telecom area, enhancing Huawei learning competitiveness in the market.6. Provide facilitation support and create the learning environment to execute the training at a high quality level. Develop new cooperation with external training resource. Build on resources through internal and external trainers’ network to deliver training programs.7. Complete and optimize learning solution sales, learning service organization and work flow of learning delivery.8. Try out staff training business processes, set staff training owners, and build a professional team.
