I am currently working for UnitedHealth Group. My current position Started October 2018 as an Lead - Directory Specialist (SR Provider Data Analyst). This position and process is new to the company and arose because it needed to be done and no one was assigned to it. I create the custom provider online directories needed for users to search for their providers. I maintain and update those directories through a monthly process. These processes were created, enforced and evolved through written procedures that I maintain. I also manage a team that is not on site for the manual updates needed along each process.

After a year of growing my practice away from my hometown I'm coming home. This is not the end to my Superior and Duluth area life. A new office and opportunity opened in the Dudley Tower in Wausau and I am jumping at the opportunity to re-root myself, and my girlfriend Lindsay, in Wausau.
