I have worked in CBE for 23 years. 18 of which have been directly involved with Forecourt integration of EPOS. I have over 18 years of experience on DOMS forecourt controllers and have built up experience linking to Forcourt devices such a Forecourt Dispensers, Tank Gauges Price Poles Car washes etc..I also have many years experience with DVR systems with respect to connecting Pos's for IP text streaming and video and image retrieval.I have over the years built up experience in customer relations which assists me as Senior Supervisor on our support desk.I have a good relationship with our customers and my aim is deal promptly and efficiently with their needs. I feel I have a good understanding in customer relations which helps me I'm my job daily.I also work with our 3rd line support team liase and with our R&D team to escalate/problem solve any issues.In 2018 I have become a Senior Account manager for our Winretail customers in Ireland.In January 2020 I have taken on the role of account management for our UK customers. Some of these include Harvest Energy, Welcome Break, Ascona, Philip 66, Petrocell, Karan Retail, Central England CO-OP’s, HGS group. I keep in constant contact with our customers dealing with any queries/issues that arise. It’s a new challenge but I’m really enjoying the role..
