After a 25+ year career in executive sales with IBM, my wife and I are currently serving with One Mission Society with a focus on stewardship and training. This is a culmination of my personal interests in short-term missions trips to understand global missions cross-culturally. Together we are building partnerships with business owners, churches and individuals to financially support the training of leaders in 60+ countries. My years of experience in strategic planning, business partner management, and executive relationship selling have provided a foundation for serving in the Lord's work. In 2012, I completed a Master's of Organizational Leadership program at Regent University to expand skills in coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. In recent years, I have developed skills for designing and facilitating interactive adult learning for training adults in the U.S. and cross-culturally with other nationalities. The name of this ministry is Every Community for Christ, and the name reflects our goals for the long term. We train and assist ministry partners, representing over 50,000 bi-vocational workers, for evangelism and establish multiplying churches in their nations.
