I am currently a manufacturing engineer working to improve processes and production in order to improve everyday. Looking for ways to implement Lean everywhere that I am has become a part of me, much to the dismay of my loving wife. She will come home and discover I have developed a new flow chart of how to better optimize our laundry room. This same attitude is what I have used in all my previous work experiences and has helped me as I continue to expand my six sigma certifications and apply what I know to my past and current positions.Working with people is another passion of mine. Being fluent in Spanish, allows me to communicate clearly with our native Spanish speaking employees. As the manufacturing engineer, our employees and their insights are an asset and are taken into consideration when decisions are being made.
