Partnered with industry leading supplier accounts and manufacturers representing over $330 million in annual revenue to grow eCommerce operations. My team, consisting of two direct reports, drove operational improvements with supplier warehouses to reduce advertised lead times to customers by 25% in a 12-month span. We also managed inventory availability for Wayfair warehouses throughout the US, generating an increase in guaranteed 2-day deliveries by 20% and a $13MM increase to revenue.

Performed data analysis on supplier fulfillment performance to drive On Time Deliveries on 95% of orders, a 10% increase relative to previous performance. During analysis, discovered inventory reporting discrepancy allowing orders to be placed against insufficient inventory levels. Worked cross functionally with IT teams to resolve, leading to $700k in annual cost savings.

Led the Tactical Planning team to drive improvements to our order fulfillment metrics. My team, consisting of 4 employees, worked closely with global manufacturing plants, sales analysts, logistics, forecasting, and purchasing teams to determine the production plan that would optimize our fill rate and minimize orders that hit the backlog.
