Develop and implement manufacturing system test strategies and processes for programs that validate the engineering requirements for the system, achieves out-going quality, enables labor productivity, and support the program plan. The CiPress 500 system is a 2 million dollar continuous feed single engine simplex device that uses 56 print heads in a 4 color application of solid ink CMYK. Our maximum customer image width is up to 19.5 inches wide on webs ranging from 7 inches to 20.5 inches wide. The nominal speed is 500 feet per minute, but the machine can run slower or faster in some applications. - Integrate plans and resources from the Program Team, Manufacturing, and [MRT] Manufacturing resource team to deliver the objective.- Provided direction to 2 - 4 direct reports.- Maximize test process productivity through use of automated tools such as MAI, manufacturing automation interface.- Implement supporting module or sub-system testing requirements, test fixtures and equipment.- Insure new DFE's are integrated seamlessly into the program at the planning, mfg. and test levels.

Lead and managed program launch activities for iGen3/4 Production products by insuring that the worldwide operating companies and sales/marketing/service channels were educated on and in agreement with upcoming new products and strategies for new products. Prepared and managed schedules to support new product launches, ensured that all program strategies are in place, i.e. Launch strategies, customer engagement criteria delivered per Time To Market requirements. Responsible for identifying potential shortcomings in product launch strategies, then determining the resolution path and managing until issues are resolved. Ensure timely communication of program and launch related information, ensure worldwide operating company launch readiness for planned launch roll-out. Ensure support in place to support planned sales ramp-up and drive resolution of launch related issues. Defined objectives for and implemented pre-launch customer and value chain tests for pilot ECAT programs, and insured that the program teams and value chains implemented counter-measures for issues discovered in these pre-launch tests. Presented and interacted, on a weekly basis, with customers, field and sales management, and senior corporate management to support the aforementioned. Ensure all strategies and criteria concurred upon by Engineering, Marketing, Sales and the Global Operating Companies.

Assigned to manage the Nuvera MRT - Base Finisher Module [BFM] and Substrate feeder modules [SFM] manufacturing test areas. Provided support and direction across the teams to enable the transition from pilot build into the production environment in W209 and Aquas, Mexico. Interfaced between MFG. and Design engineering to insure identified problems, barriers were formally dealt with utilizing the [NCMR] Non-conforming material requirements and [BA] build approval process. Assisted in identifying and fixing non - manufacture able critical parameters and specifications setup processes. Assisted with communication issues found in System integration and verification, Final run and test and Electrical screen back to the design team responsible for problem resolution.
