Responsible for completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screens, Limited Research Reports, Phase II projects, and coordination with coworkers for completion of all assigned company reports. This includes direct correspondence with public agencies for records request, ordering environmental regulatory database reports, coordination with site contacts and subcontractors for scheduling of inspections and projects, and public agencies for preparation of permits necessary for respective projects (soil borings, ground water sampling, etc.). Other tasks include assisting Project Geologist with Phase III remediation and completion of other reports including Site Reconnaissance, Desktop Reviews, and Lender Checks.
