Conducts meaningful team meetings and huddles to close knowledge gaps, communicates success, challenges and team priorities in alignment with team leaders. Enables effective rootcause analysis by handling escalated calls, monitors calls resulting in escalation as well as provides feedback. Plans and prepares for daily coaching activities to develop and motivate individuals.

Manages and supports a variety of learning management systems and acts as a first point of contact for Global Servicing Network learning spaces enquiries. Requests and troubleshoots new hire IDs and coordinates and serves as a contact for classroom technology refreshers. Provides various reporting as required and collaborates with global colleagues to standardize and improve processes.

Assists Learning Specialsts in handling newly hired employees to make sure they're enabled and fully equipped before they proceed to the Operations. Facilitates coaching, meeting and huddles as well as prepares activities to develop and motivate individuals.

Delivers extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast paced, structured customer care environment.
