Oxfam provides volunteer stewards to major UK festivals to staff entrance gates and accessible viewing platforms, to carry out patrols in campsites and arenas and generally help to keep festival goers informed and safe. My role as Festival Volunteer Steward Coordinator is to ensure successful delivery of the agreed schedule to the festival, ensuring stewards are ready and able to carry out those roles and ultimately to look after the welfare and safeguarding needs of our volunteers. We designed and produce electronic Policy Tests for four different functions across the Cattles Group. We delivered reports on completed Policy Tests to all levels of staff.We wrote training materials and delivered training to rollout new software developments. Rollouts included introducing Siebel Software to Cattles Subsidiaries. Siebel replaced software for Cattles subsidiaries' Accounting Software packages.
