Hi - I'm Mike Eason, the Chief Data Officer at CVS.I oversee the Data and AI platform strategy, governance, and engineering & technical product ownership across CVS' businesses.My team of 2,400 builds the data and AI platforms, creates many of the analytical, marketing and GenAI/AI application for the company, as well as creates the services and capabilities to further democratize data and AI for our business teams. We do this by leveraging our cloud and big data platforms, our agile mindset, and our ever-evolving engineering and product expertise. Prior to CVS, I spent over 2 decades at Capital One with roles ranging from: Leading Data and AI engineering; CIO of The Commercial Bank; and a Founding leader on the Digital team focused on the Company’s Agile and Tech Transformation while building the company’s first Super App . My career has centered around leading transformation and change at the intersection of technology and business. My passion and energy is driven by building a dynamic team culture with talented people to shape and execute on transformational products and experiences.
