    Took the position to transition a new distribution facility into a viable and reliable supply chain company owned facility. All daily products were received, moved to shipping areas or stored. The the facility used onsite vendors, mezzanine storage for C and D items, ARS for small fast moving A and B items, with high bay forklift storage, and two large crane bays for large items. Responsibilities included the running of a 220,000 square foot Distribution Center, Mobile Fleet Warehouse in Bingham Canyon Mine, industrial maintenance warehouses at the Concentrator - Smelter - Tailings. Inventory control with responsibility for up to 120 million in inventory with Asset Disposal, Inventory Control, and onsite Logistics Maintenance Planners. Was able to streamline the supply chain and get the right products onsite when needed versus when maintenance and operations ordered products. Worked with all maintenance groups to reduce inventory investment, and increase supply reliability with vendors.
