With thirty years of experience in the logistics industry, Mike brings exceptional knowledge and versatility to Platinum Cargo Logistics. As Vice President of Domestic Operations, he works to support the Platinum Cargo Logistics stations and corporate initiatives for our domestic products. In addition to driving operational excellence with domestic carriers and managing vendor relationships and negotiations at the corporate level, Mike is an integral resource to the Platinum Cargo Logistics stations. He provides them with resources, tools and technology to positively impact service performance. He also oversees TSA compliance, cargo claims, insurance, adherence to operational policies, and excellence and continual training for the operations teams.Mike joined Platinum Cargo Logistics in 2009 as the first corporate employee hired to support station operations, and he provides a link between the corporate office and our local offices. As a member of the Platinum Cargo Logistics executive team, Mike is instrumental in guiding the practices that make Platinum Cargo Logistics a freight forwarding leader with a reputation for stellar customer service.
