-Reviewed, revised, and negotiated commercial purchase agreements and real estate agreements-Assisted clients with the formation of Corporations and Limited Liability Companies-Engaged in general litigation with a focus towards automobile insurance defense, including standard discovery, administering depositions, and drafting motions for summary judgment

• Drafted settlement agreements, warranty provisions, and other contractual terms to establish long-term sales relationships between Rolls-Royce and its suppliers• Negotiated Non-Disclosure Agreements and explained legal requirements to both Rolls-Royce personnel and suppliers• Member of an in-house legal counsel team which supports over 500 supply chain and purchasing employees• Reviewed UCC-2 Sale of Goods contractual agreements to protect Rolls-Royce interests
