We hope that you will join that growing list.How We WorkSelling tooling isn’t like selling a product; we can’t show you a sample of the part you’re buying, because everything we do is custom designed for your application. We recognize that this means that issuing the first purchase order to us is somewhat of a leap of faith. With this in mind, we’ve developed a process to give you full control throughout the experience:Gather Information and Specifications: We want as much information as possible from you about your application, your experience with your parts, your expectations for cycle time, and tool life, and any tooling and equipment specifications that you have. Develop a Concept: Using the information you provide, our engineers develop an initial concept using 3D CAD software.Ongoing Design Review: Once the concept has been developed, we conduct periodic design review meetings, in person or via the web.You have control of every step of the process. All tools are built in our shop, by our craftsmen, to detailed tool drawings. At the conclusion of the project, you get a rugged fully capable tool and a set of drawings that accurately depict all of the components. When appropriate we provide CMM inspections of the tools and parts, and detailed work instructions.
