As Co-Founder of Double Vision RT my joy is center around supporting the team and getting the resources needed to perform the essential functions. With Planning, development, organizing, implementation, direction and evaluation the organization's fiscal function and performance.I participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner, but also as ears, the most inportant part of leadership is being able to follow. Next is evaluation and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. I work with the team to develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities. Plus develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the Double Vision RT. Without support from within there is no growth on the out-side in the market. I establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. We have SideEye develop and working on the go to market plan to bring this product to market. Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline. I improved the budgeting process on a continual basis through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets. I work to provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and mergers and pension funds and investments. I work very hard to optimize the handling of banks and deposits relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.

As Co-Owner I am responsible for applying professional knowledge and skills in the preparation and presentation of financial and other decision oriented information to assist Precise Accounting and Bookkeeping management in the formulation of policies and in the planning. I work shared service value when it come to managing the business team and having to report relationships and responsibilities to the corporation's finance organizations I work with and for. I am responsible for directing financial strategies at Precise Accounting and Bookkeeping and overseeing the preparation of financial reports and direct investment activities. I use my skill-sets to provide financial advice to clients that range from multinational organizations and governmental bodies to small independent businesses. Plus I often specialize in particular areas of practice, including audit, management consultancy, recovery, forensic accountancy, taxation, assurance, and corporate finance.

As the logistics operations manager my workday included running the flow and management of the distribution center. I managed the staff and warehouse teams to ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas, efficient operations of warehouse management system(s) and related equipment, inventory is received appropriately and efficiently and safely processed in the warehouse, proper layout of warehouse and product placement, and proper maintenance and organization of all warehouse areas so that it's appearance is conducive to creating a perfect load for customers ensure that incoming materials from suppliers are in good order and properly stored, and that outgoing parts and materials for customers leave in the right quantities and in good condition. Throughout my work day, there was negotiations with transportation companies over rates and service levels. I prepare follow up documents, reviewed invoices and customs documents. As the logistics OM I needed to look into all levels of conflict and resolve issues with suppliers, customers, transportation companies or employees. Plus having to keep upper management happy I assisted my GM and AGM with the financial, operational, people and process and service related objectives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains to reduce overall cost-to-serve; leads associates, and peers to anticipate and solve problems and plan for upcoming events, seasonal changes, and developed the ISO 9000 program.

I was responsible for the success of assigned functions within Kmart’s complex distribution center. But building the team around me that could function in an environment that is regular exposure to factors such as hot extremes temperature in the southeast, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort was a challenge of which I truly enjoyed. So I built a flowing safe environment to ensure that it was an outstanding place to work. As the Operations Manager I was responsible for the supervision of the following: Inbound Operations (Unloading and Receiving), Warehouse Operations (Pick-Pack, Break-Pack), Outbound Operations (Loading), Transportation Operations (Yard, Carrier Relations) and Office Operations (e.g., Transportation Coordinators, Customer Service Associates, General Office Associates). Plus worked with the General Manager and DC Assistant General Manager to develop strategies and objectives to maximizing productivity and leverage expenses for Kmart’s distribution center. I analyze trends, solve problems and motivate and develop my staff and associates in order to maximize contribution to my success, I typically manages through several Supervisors to achieve results from a large number of hourly associates.
