Lead the American Express account across all Business divisions, including Commercial Payments, Merchant Services and Global Network Partnerships. Key projects include working with Senior Product Directors to develop and deliver new product positionings across T&E, Indirect, Working Capital and SME Payment Products. And driving sign up, on-boarding and engagement of both Small and Managed Merchants.

Account lead across the Barclaycard Business Solutions and Shell Global Commercial Fleet (B2B), Fuels and Retail business areas, helping to shape and develop new brand strategies, strategic retail initiatives, creative platforms and global guidelines, toolkits and assets.

Was an integral member of the agency working on two of INITIALS biggest clients: Sainsbury’sResponsible for developing and implementing the key campaign Active Kids, ensuring a refreshed yet consistently high caliber campaign each year. Activation of their sponsorship properties, including Paralympic Games, Comic Relief and UK School Games. And creating a number of bespoke internal communications tools which are now used throughout the business. PepsiCoManaged and worked on a number of award winning integrated Doritos campaigns including King of Ads, iD3, Dodgeball and Big Night In. Worked a two month secondment as Brand Manager on Doritos managing the Big Night In implementation and strategic development and planning of King of Ads. Worked on a number of other key brands including Red Sky, Sensations and Copella Fruit Juices.Developed and launched INITIALS 2012 Graduate Recruitment Scheme, Class of INITIALS.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, and development of campaigns for Woo’s main clients, taking ownership of all project finances, handling all creative development and print production. Key clients included:The Edrington Group and Maxxium UK Ltd, where I worked with the Brand Owners of The Famous Grouse to develop and launch global communications platforms for their new product variants The Black Grouse and The Snow Grouse, whilst continuing to drive brand awareness and affinity across full product portfolio to keep them as Scotland’s number 1 whisky.The Morgan Motor Company, where I worked with the UK’s oldest family owned car manufacturer to modernise their brand, this included the development of a new logo and an overhaul of marketing collateral, communication platforms and messaging.

Involved in all aspects of the business, from generating ideas for new briefs and pitches, to budget management, project implementation and evaluation. Played an integral part in the following accounts:Unilever – Sure for WomenImplement a number of campaigns, including the SFW ‘Win a handbag’ promotion. Specifically involved in the development of all campaign creative and sourcing of all prizes and distribution to the winners. Played an important role in maintaining the agency’s position on Unilever’s roster.Danone – ActimelInvolved in the development and planning of a number of Actimel experiential campaigns, including the ‘Nutritionist’ roadshow which achieved distribution of 180,000 samples across 12 counties over 340 days. LVMH (Cloudy Bay) and PenfoldsResponsible for overseeing and managing the development of Cloudy Bay’s first UK online presence, The Cloudy Bay Locator (www.cloudybaylocator.com), a website with a fully integrated live booking and CMS system. Managed the Penfolds Privilege Club, including all member communications, management of member database and development of bespoke Penfolds UK events.

Worked on the agency’s biggest client Diageo, across a number of their biggest brands, Smirnoff, Jose Cuervo and Bailey’s. Examples included the Smirnoff Diamonds (ISP Design and Art Direction Gold Award 2007) campaign, where I was involved in developing all on-pack creative, sourcing and purchase of the diamonds and development of all accompanying POS.
