During this transition period, I made the most of my time, including:- Went back to school (Stanford University Graduate School of Business: LEAD Program).- Became a certified executive coach.- Formed an LLC and started my own company.- Was present with my kids and treasured the additional quality time.- Completed a challenge to become the fittest and strongest I have been in my life.- Reconnected with former colleagues and old friends from college and high school. - Made lots of new friends.- Taught myself new skills.- Finally went back to Spain after talking about doing so for the past for ten years.- Sought out adventures including a 150-mile solo bike ride from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. - Became a soccer referee and reffed dozens of games.- Helped coach my son's soccer team.- Read dozens of books on all sorts of educational topics.- Focused on nutrition, sleep, and being healthy. - Picked up Yoga (who knew I would like it :))- Added 100's of new people to my network, from different countries, industries, and walks of life.

𝑰 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒂 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓.Responsible for the firm's P&L and leading all aspects of the business. Since taking the role in 2019, we transformed our company: revenue grew by 75% while we reduced expenses; we implemented several initiatives to enhance our culture; we developed new product lines, rebranded, and overhauled our platform. As a result, we became the preeminent provider of executive compensation and governance data.

𝑰 𝒄𝒖𝒕 𝒎𝒚 𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈.Conducted data analyses to assist with client engagements: executive compensation, board compensation, broad-based compensation, equity dilution, pay-for-performance, retention, etc. Developed and led training courses for clients.

Conducted internal employee satisfaction surveys and developed an HR best practice database.
