Accountable for planning, leading, and assessing Student Service operations within a division comprised of 18 full-time staff members at a rural, Hispanic-Serving, residential community college. Operational oversight includes recruitment, enrollment, communications technology, accreditation, policy, budget stewardship, student records, advising, financial aid, student support programming, health and wellness, basic needs services, conduct and behavior, and residential student life. Served on an Executive Leadership team charged with championing the overall care, safety, and success of students through sustainable and innovative mission-driven stewardship.

Responsible for Admissions services for all new students. Implemented state-supported aerospace science curriculum with service learning initiatives to the Chicago Public Schools. Directly increased regional program usage by forty percent (40%) and increased regional school membership by twenty percent (20%).

Co-founded a nationally recognized educational organization dedicated to promoting community arts education and life-long learning. *Coordinated comprehensive in-school educational workshops, assemblies, and residencies with over one hundred (100) public and private schools in eighteen (18) states nationally. *Created and produced all promotional and media materials, including advertising brochures, press releases, news reports, magazine articles, and website development. *Wrote grants, solicited sponsorship, and assisted with fund-raising efforts in conjunction with arts organizations, committees, and school boards.
